repair technicians can perform troubleshooting as well as repairs
of many components. We are located in Sterling, VA, just outside
of the Washington, DC metro area. We service all major makes and
models.
Whenever possible we try to repair a part before replacing it. The
landed cost to you is much less than what a manufacturer charges
for a replacement part.
DIAGNOSIS
Diagnosis of your machine is FREE if the repair is authorized
after successful diagnosis.
A $95 charge applies should customer choose not to go ahead with
repairs after a successful diagnosis.
NOTE: In some cases parts are not available or discountinued
by the manufacturer in this situation diagnosis fee will still apply..
PROJECTOR REPAIR RATES
We offer reasonable rates for all projector repairs. Depending
on the problem repair cost can range anywhere from $175 to $275
(labor+parts).
If cost of the part is $75 or less we will go ahead and replace
it while machine is under repair. We will contact you should the
cost of the part exceeds $75, otherwise machine will be repaired
and you will be billed accordingly for the repair of your projector.
NOTE:
1. Mainboard repair may result in additional charges, you will be
contacted if that is the case.
2. An additional handling charge of $80 will apply for any projector
over 35 lbs.
RUSH SERVICE
Rush service available at an additional cost of $90. Turn-around
time 1 -2 days. May not be possible in some cases.
SHIPPING OF YOUR PROJECTOR
Due to our excellent service record and very reasonable prices
we receive hundreds of LCD Projectors for repairs every month. To
provide you with the highest standard of service we have establised
some guidelines to ensure a smooth process for all parties involved.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer roundtrip shipping via UPS (ground) for only $40.00
anywhere in the USA, except Alaska and Hawaii. (Weight limit
applies)
